Easy setup. The first night my mother wore the device she accidentally hit the button while sleeping. She pressed the button to cancel and received a call to check on her. She was very happy with the experience.

Your response was fast I am very well pleased in the equipment I can see it is top line I feel confident wearing your pendant around my neck I know if I fall I can get help fast I am not a new customer but an old one come back I wore your pendant for years I fell several times.my pendant never let me down
