I didn't fully understand the fall…
I didn't fully understand the fall alert. Thought it was all in one unit. Would never have ordered it. Seems complicated to set up, maybe just me. It talks about a base unit but I never received it, probably because I 'm on the go. Agents have been very nice.

Fast friendly service
Fast friendly service! Clear and easy instructions. 10 minutes total phone call. BUT we did ask the sales person specifically whether the device worked on Satellite or cell tower. He said oh yes satellite will work! It does not work on satellite. Cell tower - AT&T. Had to return device!
