I have had to use the services several times. Every one I have had to deal with has been courteous, helpful, and kind. The response has been quick and efficient. I recommend this service.

Great phone contact and help.
Phone staff are always polite and ready to help with testing system, etc.

Way too slow!
The response was dangerously slow. In a real emergency I would have been in serious trouble. The response is slower than in the past.

I am a fan of Mobile Help
I am a fan of Mobile Help. My mother is still here because the right decisions were made and they were made quickly. My only negative experience seems to happen when calling for service. The attendants are friendly and the service is good. It just seems there is always something not working right that turns a 15min set up into a multiple hour ordeal. Other than that I have nothing but praise and I would definitely recommend Mobile Help to others and I have. Thank you
