they act fast
sometimes i press the button by mistake, i didnt fall and a voice comes on right away, that makes me feel good and safe.

The device took only 5 minutes to set…
The device took only 5 minutes to set up. The pendant is smaller than most and very light weight. Customer service very available and so willing to help! Love my Mobile Help set! And it's affordable at only $19.99 per month!

Found the fall detection a little sensitive at first
Took me a while to get used to fall detection You don't realize how many times you bend down. It tells you however when one is detected and all you have to do is push the button.
