I wouldn't say it was a great…
I wouldn't say it was a great experience, but it wasn't unpleasant. The sales agent was a little too pushy, and I agreed to some things that I probably should not have. As it is, I have cancelled the service because it doesn't work for me. The agent I spoke to when I cancelled was excellent and very understanding, and I appreciate that.

I purchased the mobile device for my 89…
I purchased the mobile device for my 89 year old mother. She likes the fact it’s lighter to wear around her neck than the other one she had from another company.
