The help chat was, well...very helpful actually, they gave me all the info I needed in order to know how to make an order, and I'm ready to order my first kit from them, judging for the help chat alone I think I won't be disappointed with the kit once it arrives.

I've ordered from modDIY twice already and recommended them to friends who were also looking for custom sleeved PSU cables built to order for amazing prices. The sleeved cables look great and professionally done. I got a custom sleeved cable set for a Corsair SF600 and a custom sleeved cable set for a Cooler Master V850 SFX. As I was building out ITX systems, I requested specific length cables so they could be routed properly and have a much neater look compared to the stock flat cables. The Cooler Master set of cables came with the incorrect colors so I reached out to their support and spoke to Carrie. Carrie was great and they remade them. The only two things that I would have liked are more color options thicker gauge sleeving for a more robust look. For the price, you can't go wrong though compared to other options so I would highly recommend modDIY if you're looking for cost effective cables to glam up your computer and customer support responds quickly. One thing of note is that they are coming from Hong Kong so be patient.

Ordered some minors items to complete an SFF build : Support chat is excellent, reactive and relevant. The delivery time is bit long (France) but its 100% normal regading how far was the departure (HK). Package is perfect and goods are exactly what you are waiting for, good quality.
