Massive thank you to Carrie in customer service who gave excellent and very knowledgeable pre-sales advice via online chat and also got my order fast tracked! I ordered a 12VHPWR cable for my Asus ROG Thor on 26.01.23. I paid a little extra to get it shipped via airmail so it would arrive when i needed it to. Website said in stock usually ships in 24 hours but i hadn't taken into account Lunar New Year Holiday arrangements. I was a bit annoyed as i thought the cable would be late, but chased through Carrie who got it despatched ASAP AND UPGRADED SHIPPING FOR FREE so it wouldn't arrive late - thank you i couldn't be more grateful. Will update review further once cable is in use. Update: cable is very well made, compact and of high quality. Connectors are very well made and ribbon cable is easy to route and manage and accommodates the dreaded "cable bend" much more easily than the nvidia adaptor would have done. Been powering my MSI 4090 Suprim X for just over 2 weeks and zero issues so far

The Good: The best inventory and a good web site. I could spend hours going through the items. The items arrived in great condition. But FIXED: I had a longer-than normal delivery time with not so great customer support when I asked them about it. But they did reach out to me afterwards and made me consider my original review. I am giving them another chance. I have to. Their inventory really is amazing. Things I can't find ANYWHERE else show up at their site. I should also mention that I find them trustworthy.

The price is definitly competitive, though the online payment didnt work, the staff who helped was very nice with a good response time. Would buy from again.

I have been having a long wait for a computer fan that I ordered. However after I inquired, and I was contacted by ModDIY customer support and they explained the situation which makes sense to me. understand the mail is extremely slow. I was quite satisfied by ModDIY's response.

Products good however delivery is awful. Paid for expedited Air Mail but products not dispatched till 5 days after order. Same problem with previous orders. Will probably arrive within their 1-2 weeks estimate, but they could do much better. Airmail should take a maximum of 5 days from Hong Kong. Have had contact (very quickly) from MoDiy explaining that the problems with Corona virus in China is causing massive problems at the moment, will give them the benefit of the doubt and upgrade the review to 4 stars because of the circumstances - However they still need to improve delivery because of problems in the past. *****WOULD EMPHASISE GREAT PRODUCTS***** from this Company.

I was a little concerned when I didn't get a response immediately but the folks at modDIY did get back to me within four/five hours. They said it might be due to timezone difference and it being Sunday. I have to say I was very impressed with the way the person handled the call and they were very thorough in helping me understand what I needed to know. At the end of the day, their support was great and I would buy products from them again.

Customer support was helpful, It took me a few minutes to realize I had to input a email address to respond to them though but that is on me for not fully reading :P
