Ho acquistato la versione premium ma mi sto trovando veramente male. Il microfono non funziona durante le lezioni (ma nelle conversazioni sì, quindi non è un problema del mio telefono), altra cosa che mi fa sentire veramente a disagio è che l'app una volta fatta la lezione con delle parole nuove, dà per scontato che tu quelle parole le abbia già apprese. È impossibile e controproducente. Non si può neanche ruotare lo schermo. Assistenza assente. Soldi buttati, non consiglio l'acquisto.

Ich finde es sehr unseriös dass keine klare Informationen erhältlich sind wie bzw. wo man das Probeabo widerrufen kann ! Warum nicht einfach eine E-Mail schicken mit entsprechendem Hinweis ? So ist es frustrierend und für mich ein Grund NIE wieder Kunde zu werden !!!

Kudos to Mondly, I had bought a lifetime license and at one point I saw that I could no longer log into the platform as before. I wrote to them in the hope that they would try to help me, but deep down I was a pessimist. To my joy, people responded and solved my problem.

Aún estoy aprendiendo pero en cuanto a la respuesta de soporte técnico estoy muy satisfecha. Concuerda con el servicio Premium, sobre todo Efraín que es uno de sus colaboradores, quien me ha dado siempre un soporte rápido y satisfactorio. Eso es importante, que los servidores realmente sirvan y se pongan en el lugar de nosotros los clientes. La metodología es muy enriquecedora, lo único que me falta es tiempo para aprender todo lo que ofrecen, la verdad es una plataforma muy buena y respaldada por Pearson que es un referente en la enseñanza de idiomas. Agradezco que sigan dando el apoyo cuando uno lo requiere, esperemos que siga así la atención a clientes siempre porque pagué la membresía de por vida :-)

Das lernen mit der App ist einfach und erfordert nicht viel Zeit. Die Lektionen sind kurz und je nachdem wieviele Minuten man Zeit hat, kann man üben. Den einzigen Punkt, den ich abziehen muss, ist der, dass man einige Begriffe oder Wortzusammensetzungen nicht erklärt bekommt und diese anderweitig nachschlagen muss. Zudem kann man nach jeder Kategorie einen Test absolvieren, welcher meiner Meinung nach zu schwer ist, da in diesem Wörter vorkommen welche man noch nicht kennt und in den bisherigen Lektionen noch nicht hatte.

Very disappointed over sharp practice on auto renew. They claim you can cancel within 14 days. I emailed immediately on being notified that they had auto-renewed my policy, but they are not accepting this.
