Quality part

The key I got does not work. I ordered the part number that the dealership gave me and the key does not stay programmed to my vehicle. Super upset about it.

It's incredible that I can't change my email address on Mopar.com. And apparently you can't either. I have more than five hours of phone time trying to make the change and it still isn't done. I think it is a little shortsighted on your part because with the wrong email address I can't receive any communications from you including retentention of my membership and billing.

Your website was easy to use. You had the parts I needed at reasonable prices and I received them quickly.

Do not use this company! Look up reviews not connected to there website. Parts I ordered show both parts come for the $90. Question and answer section states it comes with both visors. They will not send the second one and state I have my part I ordered.

Unprofessional on 2 different occasions we call to verify if the part is available after they confirm we place the order 5 days later we get an email that part is discontinue BAD BAD business.
