They do teach you a lesson in patience, but then you do get a really nice product. Apparently they were overwhelmed by the success of their products around the holidays. Like many others, my order was late for Christmas. Yes, the communication was insufficient, but with all the raving past reviews and responses here on trustpilot it was easy to see this was not a scam. My order arrived just before new years, but sadly some screws were in the wrong bags and the numbers didn’t add up. Got the autoreply via email, but on Instagram I was contacted quickly and kindly. The missing parts were shipped to me right away and I received a lot of apologies for the situation. The screws arrived, my partner was glad that he could build his robot and enjoyed the build a lot. He is already planning to order something as a gift for a friend of his. Conclusion: I would order here again and would recommend to others. Maybe wait for the dust to settle after this very busy period or calculate some extra time when ordering. Be patient and count your blessings people.

Further update - Paypal issued full refund. The returned Robot has now been returned to me in the UK as it was undeliverable in Hong Kong. Proving their returns poicy is simply there to dissuade. ---------------------------------------------- Update - Items returned to Kong Kong as agreed with Paypal to receive refund. Items however undeliverable as address provided does not accept mail. Awaiting Paypal final decison, should be a full refund, albeit has cost me £20 to return it. ---------------------------- Wrong parts, poorly manufactured, no response and refund only agreed with return to Hong Kong at buyers cost!

Am giving 3 stars due to concern that I had not had any response from the company with regard to my queries as to when my order was being shipped. Worried that had been victim of a scam. I am pleased to say though, that I did finally receive the parcel. And hasten to add, that I give the item 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟.

Avoid. Don't take a risk with your money. Especially as its not cheap. Present from family. Expensive. Very small. Instructions are poor (3d diagrams where it's hard to tell what is up or down or left or right). Counted the parts. Seemed OK, but screws in bags were not consistent. Robot didn't fit together. Contacted them. No response. Contracted them again. They said they were 'busy'. One of the worst product experiences I've had, and I've had a few. Like being mugged in braod daylight. Better to give your money to charity where it will be going some good. Charity not your thing? Buy some lottery tickets.

Ordered in December as a gift but still not received. Have tried contacting the company but no response. Update: Item has now arrived over a month later (having incurred £7 postage fees along the way). It is much smaller than anticipated but recipient is yet to start the build so time will tell.

Not all the parts came so it can’t even be built. My partner emailed to ask for assistance and no response. I was so excited to buy this as it’s something my partner loves to do but sadly it’s been a huge disappointment and not worth the money. This was his main Christmas present too. I wouldn’t buy anything from Mostarle again.

The product I bought from Mostarle is low quality and very expensive . I requested return, but all i got is a delayed promise that i can get partial refund. Mostarle is not answering my emails anymore. I am very disappointed, I do not recommend to buy from this vendor. Update: Finally i received 40% refund.
