Ordret in early december, and have not recived anything yet??? No comunication or anything! I maybe a skam, im not sure??

I bought the Terminator M kit, the bags were labelled incorrectly with bag numbers not corresponding to the contents indicated in the instructions. Worst of all though is that a metal ring which the legs are supposed to be screwed to and which has three holes drilled for this purpose, has not had the thread cut into those holes. They are smooth rather than threaded so it is not possible to screw the models legs in place and the kit cannot be completed. Very poor quality control and no attention to detail. Also ordered a small electric screwdriver which never arrived. Have e-mailed Mostarle just after Christmas, It’s now 11th January. And other than the automated response when I sent the e-mail, nothing since. Nobody has come back to me. They clearly don’t care once they have your money.

Ma femme a eu de gros soucis pour avoir la commande. Malgré des relances, ces mails restaient sans réponse. Et lorsqu'elle me l'a offert et après ouverture de la boite. Dès le 2e schéma l'une des pièces demandées ne correspond pas à la pièce dans le sachet. Certaines pièces sont en trop et d'autres sont manquantes. Fuyez ce site, cela pue l'arnaque venue de chine. D'ailleurs aucunes informations sur les boites ou mode d'emploi quant à la provenance ou la fabrication des produits

Ordered on December 10th, received an e-mail that my order was being prepared and money taken out of my account on the 11th, I tried contacting them through their support team but have received no product nor have they responded to my e-mail. I believe this is a scam company

Absolutely shocking. Ordered item at start of dec. still not arrived. They do not answer emails. Avoid at all costs

Ordered a product through the Shop app, which told me the package was delivered, but it was not. Two emails to Mostarle have not been responded too. I'm feeling dumb - don't trust these wankers.

The product (the astronaut) is perfectly good. There were even extra parts, I'm guessing, in case you lose the really small ones. Easy to figure out and a pretty figure. Cheap, glued-on lights for the glass I added to the order, though. I ordered early December and sent them 2 emails regarding an ETA for when they'd ship it, and received no reply. It arrived early January, everything intact. They've got terrible communication with the Shop app, as it was registered as delivered since it arrived at their shipping facility... In China. (I'm in Denmark) I don't know if they're a Chinese front, but they do likely get their products made and shipped off in China.

I received my order today (6th January), after placing the order in early December. My issue isnt really with the product itself, but the communication or lack of from the company. I believe that Mostarle was inundated with orders and that were unable to be fulfilled around Christmas time. I continued to see advertising all through December, even though HUNDREDS of customers were yet to receive their order or any communication. I actually sent FOUR emails, One messenger DM and countless comments on FB with my order number, stating I wanted a cancellation and refund. In the end I lodged a dispute with my bank, assuming I had been scammed. Mostarle have obviously ignored all correspondence from myself and the other customers, because well, my order came today and i have cancelled the dispute. While I am glad that this ordeal is over, I will not be ordering from them ever again. They are a Chinese Business, pretending to be operating from USA, with a false address and phone number. I did all my research before making a purchase and the reviews were largely positive, but they really effed up this Christmas. I have since found another RELIABLE brand called "Metalkitor". These guys answer their DMs, are actually located in USA and their product quality is incredible. If my son likes constructing the Mostarle plasma ball spider, I will definitely order from Metalkitor next time. The amount of stress and annoyance this company has caused me, as well as the $153AUD has not been worth it in the slightest. Do not support this business until they make real changes.
