This is a program that I've been looking for for years, but they don't exist anywhere else. I've spent thousands of dollars on chiro, PT, massage and even went down the surgery route for an absolutely destroyed hip which in the end, did fix the damage but left me with worsened stability, a twisted pelvis in 3 directions and an entire right sided body shift. Add in achilles tendonitis in both achilles which constantly micro tear, from compensation of my hip issue. Enter MoveU, and 6 weeks into the program I am seeing OUTSANDING results, and my body is shifting to where I know it should be positioned. Pain is now decreasing, mobility is returning to my pre surgury state, and I'm more stable. And this is just after 6 weeks!!! I can not explain the amount of knowledge this program has; knowledge that you don't learn from specialists. This program takes you down to the basics of basics in movement to rebuild your foundation so you can build your body back and have it move the way it was meant to be. This has been the absolute best purchase I have ever made.

The program is awesome and help you progress with your goals if you have the time and willing to do the effort.. which you should because it’s your body at the end.
Response from MoveU· Nov 9, 2019
Hi Nidal, Thanks for the review of the program. Everyone needs to take responsibility for their own bodies and stop relying on others to "fix" them. That's not how the body works. If people made their own bodies a priority and "created" time to improve themselves to feel amazing, they would have so much more time to do the things that they are "so busy" with and perform those things a lot more efficiently and effectively. Definitely an awesome program. I am still struggling with my issues but the program has made me aware of my body and I understand much better now how to avoid injuries in the gym . Sticking to the daily routines is definitely a big challenges for me though... it's not as fancy as a big workout at the gym but so much more important. It would be 5 star if they had a fancy app ;-)

Hi Yohan, Thanks for your review of the program. If you are still struggling with things, be sure to take advantage of the private support community. In there, you can post videos of your movements and get feedback from our coaches, who will provide feedback to help you keep improving and getting stronger. Find some buddies in the group to help you stay accountable. If you are consistent with the program and take the time to learn about and improve your body to where you don't have pain anymore, you can get back into the gym for a "big workout" and do so using your body better. A "fancy app" is in the works, and we ask that you please understand that something like that takes a longer time to complete and do it right. We just updated our entire program with new videos and it is on a "fancy platform" that you are now on. MoveU is always looking to improve and provide our members with the best possible user experience, and that is not stopping anytime soon. Keep MUvin! Bobby MoveU Team

I'm a practicing medical doctor. Spent thirty years hunched over desks studying. Have had personal trainers and physiotherapists work on my fitness and have followed exercise videos on my own for many years. MoveU is the first time I have seen a combination of video plus individual attention and it's actually solving my strength, range, mobility and the best part is the cues are sticking in my head during my daily life. All day now I am more aware of how to stand sit and move. This has never happened before. These guys are doing something right and although I find slow stuff boring, I'm doing what they say because I know it's what I need and I trust that they are going to get me to do the fun stuff stronger better and safer! And using humor, words like sh#t and f*#k in the script actually makes things mysteriously sticky! It works! Thank you for giving it to us straight! Also love the written content and handouts. You guys have really created the program content putting yourself in the place of the user. It's fantastic and I'm also learning from this how to help my patients and kids better. Yaay!

Hi Roshani, Thank you very much for your review of the program! We are thrilled that you are learning a ton and making progress. That daily awareness will just keep on coming and you'll strengthen yourself into better posture after those 30+ years of being hunched over. Keep up the great work and please pass on everything that you learn to your kids and patients. Together we'll help improve the lives of others! :) Keep MUvin! Bobby MoveU Team
