What i like : Product i ordered look good and quality. What i dislike : One order took 1 full month to get shipped. Also i used the return once because i ordered wrong product. Shipping fees did not get refunded.

So far I have gotten the R5 bundle with a h pattern shifter, sequential shifter, a clutch pedal, handbrake, truck wheel, break upgrade and the farming controllers with the new haptic pedals I am a moza fanboy. I really wish I can get up R12 or R9 base with their new pro steering wheels

Ordered components on Aug 30th my final part arrived on October 17th almost 2 months to arrive, multiple times it would say in route and then a day later it would go back to ordered. Got everything set up and found out that the shifter will intermittently not send a signal to say which gear it is in which is a real pain while racing and finding out your in neutral even though you’re you’re in gear 3-6. Not sure if it’s worth waiting another 2 months to get a shifter.

I have the R5 and the R9 V3, the handbrake and sequential shift with the spc lite pedal with the brake upgrade kit. I love it. Just wish the moza app had all the features like how the PC does that would be amazing!

Ordered a newly released product with shipping time 7 - 10 days according to Moza website. 3 weeks later still no updates so contacted customer support. Product was delayed, will be shipped next week. 2 week later still no updates. Back to customer support, same story : shipping next week. Even contacted customer support a third time: same story, different day/week. Conclusion: - waited more then 3 months before delivery - zero information provided from Moza side - several local retailers had stock 1 month before my order was delivered - product got cheaper everywhere except at Moza First and last order at Moza website!!!!
