Great way to get food when you’re unable to pick it up yourself. Drivers are friendly & the wait time is usually minimal. Wish you would offer more discounts for frequent users.

Delivery takes a long time

Horrible every single time! Food always come incorrect. I once called to complain about my order and the manager only wanted to credit me 50 cents for the incorrect order. My food was spilled all over my other food and they forgot my salad dressing. Honestly I rather order from Uber eats or food dash. The fees are cheaper and If I ever have a problem it’s resolved quickly.

Great service, nice variety of restaurants, usually pretty quick! Love supporting local business owners! Downside is that it’s more expensive than other food delivery services. $6.99 is a bit much when we are right across the road from the $4.99 area (which is also more expensive than competitors, especially when considering that the food prices are also slightly higher than ordering take out and picking it up myself. We would definitely use mr. delivery more often if the delivery prices were less.

Their customer service is less than desirable. Meaning if you have a problem and you need to discuss it with someone they really don't care if the service was not acceptable. Drivers are always friendly. It's a Wonderful service unless a problem arises and you need to deal with a form of management.
