The price was a lot at the end of the order you might as well be eating out or just get it yourself but the food brought back was always correct

Honestly its hit or miss
Honestly its hit or miss. More misses.customer service is good always trying to make things right but its mostly driver issues of forgetting the whole meal

Amazing service
The service is great, quick and responsive. However, just like any other delivery app sometimes the drivers can be really late but their customer service team always makes up for it. They truly know how to treat a customer!

Ordered burgers & fries from 5 Guys…
Ordered burgers & fries from 5 Guys through Mr Delivery. Given a 45-60 minutes delivery window. Almost 2 hours and still nothing, but not "allowed" to cancel my order. Chatted with an agent who offered to refund my $4.99 delivery fee, but here I sit, still hungry, and out $70. This is ridiculous. I'm NEVER using this service again.

I have used this service 4 times now, and each time the delivery on or before time due. It is always hot, and the service is very fast and friendly.
