Rhett H., the analyst, and Stephen F., the technician were both very patient with a non-technical type user. They were also very polite and pleasant to this consumer. I was quite shocked at the cost to clean up the desk top and lap top computers and the amount of the monthly charge. However, I would rather "pay the piper" than to have to disconnect the CPU and haul it into a local store and then have to get someone to take it out of the car, bring it in, and reconnect all the plugs for me. Thank you for their help and for your offering this service.

I think that Jessie was excellent, Very patient and willing to help. If i have a problem I hope I can connect with him. I am looking forward to a speedier experience with my computer.
