I was walked through to my satisfaction. The man had very good manners, was polite, patient. I appreciate his help, and certainly hope my computer runs faster. I know I will like my ability to get my gmail.

I was confused as to what to do when an email was sent to friends without my authorization. Hopefully we have solved this problem and my computer is now working better than before. Also appreciate being able to connect with you on future problems, if there are any.

Had a very interesting session w/ Jacob & Dahlin very knowledgeable of what they were working with. So far so good, Will let you know further down the line if anything comes up.
