I've have been utilizing the Tech Ring for over a year now (since early 2024). Early on I was still having issues with ED. I discovered that a daily heart medication was suspect. I’ve been using the PR MAX ring for about a year and have been very impressed with how it has helped me maintain an erection. I’m almost 68 and have been treated twice in twelve years for prostate cancer using hormone and radiation therapy. These medical treatments saved my life, but took their toll on my sexual functioning. Not altogether, but enough to perceive. The MAX PR ring in conjunction with Sildenifil has been a huge help to me and I am grateful! The design of this product seems to do just that, and it has worked far better for me than have traditional “penis rings” which now seem to me like sex toy novelty items in comparison to the PR MAX .
