Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service: - They block your mailbox while you reach a limit which isn't even clearly explained, written anywhere. - Regular downtime. - Very slow to no reply from support. I don't advise you to use them if you have a business which rely on it.

This user's account was restricted due to consistent policy violations. Mango Mail enforces sending policies to make sure resources are not unfairly abused in order to ensure availability for everyone. We send several automatic notifications and warnings before resorting to account restriction. Your account restriction can be lifted, but you need to provide proof as to why the overages consistently occurred despite warnings and how you will prevent the behavior from occurring again.

Easy, simple, joy to use
fantastic, simple to set up, straightforward, easy to use and pleasant UI. Price was fantastic. Missing just a couple of features compared to other options, but with workarounds it ended up being completely fine :) Since I set-up my account a little over a year ago, everything has been running smoothly. Super happy (also the customer support is fantastic and NOT ai!)

The price for MangoMail was much lower…
The price for MangoMail was much lower than other options I considered. The Mango site has easy-to-follow instructions for updating my domain hosting files to point to MangoMail. Performance has been excellent since I made the switch a few months ago.

good and affordable
All in all is a very good service and very affordable. Yet there are times when communication is slooow. And once I had a deliverability issue which I reported with a reported IP address (may as well be an ip-listing false positive), but got no feedback. Other than that I'd totally recommend. I hope to see it improve further so I can give it 5 stars.
