This user's account was restricted due to violating Mango Mail policy. They received instructions on how to correct this in order to lift the restriction.

I write two mails to seek for support but no response at all, and now I can't even log in dashboard. It was really an awful decision to chose mango mail.

Apologies for your experience with delayed support. We often focus on answering tickets in order of urgency. If you forgot the password to your dashboard, you can use the "forgot password" utility to recover your account.

Hello, there was an outage this morning at roughly 8am which affected some users. It was resolved at 9:10am and you should be able to connect to your mailboxes now 👍

Horrible company and NO SUPPORT!!! They advertise human support like it will be available. WRONG! It is one guy that is renting servers. If you have a problem your on your own for at least 2 days then they sends a link for the same crap on their website. This guy does not care if you lose business or not!! FYI I am very technically savvy and followed the instructions perfectly on two email clients and still is not working !

Please actually provide proof for such a wildly inaccurate claim. Mango Mail provides speedy support; however, we do NOT tolerate abuse or vulgar language towards our support staff.
