half of the bottles caps were loose, box was coated in shampoo-not good.

I like that you carry such a wide array of products and when they are on sale you can't beat your prices. My only disappointment was that I was only able to receive only 1 of my 3 items...but do realize the popularity of products. Look forward to my next order.

The delivery was fine but I thought I had bought enough for free shipping and I was charged for the shipping

I'm not saying this was any fault of your company, however within a day after purchasing I got an email from FedEx stating they had lost my order. Then a day later I got an email I believe it was from myotcstore that it had been rerouted on UPS. Then another day later I was notified that it was in route with USPS. Other than a delay in delivery, the items arrived thankfully undamaged. My very first order however I would give a 5 star review, so I will give it another try. I give you a B+ grade for now.

Delivery is extremely slow compared to other companies. Have to spend a lot for free delivery.

Do not text me in the middle of the night

Delivery time was poor. I had to purchase same item from Amazon to carry me until your shipment arrived!
