I live in Massachusetts and due to COVID19 our Namco is closed here. I have gone 2 time to the Manchester store. They have been AWESOME honestly I wish they were closer as I would go there instead of the namco closer to me (might still go there lol) As a new pool owner I had a lot of questions and of course had some issues with my water turning purple. Conor and team did an amazing job at resolving this issue for me. Pool water looks great it’s nice and clear. THANK YOU

We enjoy our jacuzzi so much, it’s the best stress reliever at the end of the day. Mainly Tubs has been there for products and advice. They are always pleasant and professional ! Best decision ever was to get a hot tub....

There are quick to answer and usually have items in stock. MY complaint is that when I went to sell my house the ladder was not to code and I needed an alarm. The correct ladder should have been sold to me initially. So the first ladder was an unnecessary expense and I also had to get rid of it.

After some confusion with ordering of the pool, namco was able to deliver a good product.

The clerk was very knowledable and helped me get all the chemicals for my new hot tub.

I did not go out of my way to leave this post Namco invited me to leave one......I purchased a pool through Namco and had to wait for installation because of weather and the installer kept blowing me off. Every time I called Namco to find out what I could do for another installer they had no answers for me. Poor customer service in Salem NH last year. The regional manager was a complete jerk too!! I wouldn’t step foot into a Namco again even if my life depended on it. This platform won’t let me use the words I really want to use..........
