Absolutely amazing quick service. VERY cheap, VERY quick hosting. As my website gets bigger and bigger over the years, it's still fast and very reliable. And when I need their customer service, they respond in minutes. No standard replies, they actually look into the issues. HOW is that possible for the price I pay? 5++++ stars from me.

NameCrane is supporting a domain name which is sending fraudulent emails to companies and spoofing my domain name, business and emai. Their support closed my complaint ticket without explaination. NameCrane supports fraud on the internet. Do not use them.

Great service. Moved my stuff here, and all of the sudden I receive responses to emails I didn't write yet! This is how fast the service feels!

My website went down due to late payment. Support informed me that if I paid for service, then they could restore my site. However, my site was NOT restored as they did not have an up to date backup. Now I'm fighting with them to get a refund because I will not ever use or recommend their service ever again. Utterly terrible and disgraceful.

What an amazing company. I have been using NameCrane now for years even before becoming NameCrane. The staff is always amazing and helpful. Great service as well. Would highly recommend choosing NameCrane for your hosting and reseller needs.
