Namecrane is really good. For a very fair price, they are offering a complete email, calendar, and storage suite with EWS and EAS support. Francisco was able to resolve problems pretty fast, and they are constantly improving their products.

I had a terrible experience trying to order from NameCrane. They force your billing address and location address to match exactly just to place an order, which makes absolutely no sense for modern online services. To make things worse, their support is incredibly slow. If your order gets flagged or you run into an issue, expect to wait a full day or even longer just to get a response. Avoid them if you need a smooth setup and fast customer service.
