Quickly dealt with my query relating to our subscription after we moved house and offered a suitable solution that compensated us. Always an enjoyable read too!

I called because I still haven't gotten my magazine for September. I was really hoping I would have it to read during my surgery, got the surgery but not the magazine. The person who helped me, Anne, was very nice and told me it might have gotten lost in the mail and they will be sending me my September and August magazine to make up for it. The history magazine subscription was also cheaper over the phone and I got it immediately! Thank you so much Anne for being patient with me!

A subscription to National Geographic is the best way I know to keep in touch with the world and improve your understanding and proficiency in the English language. The coverage of world cultures is stunning and the photography and quality of the written materials outstanding There is no better gift for a student to improve his reading and understanding capabilities than a subscription to the Magazine It has gretly helped me and am sure it has done it to many others

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Ik ontving een aanmaning voor een abonnement op National Geographic Traveler dat ik nooit heb aangevraagd of afgesloten. In plaats van eerst te controleren of er effectief een geldige overeenkomst bestaat, wordt er meteen druk uitgeoefend om te betalen. Als zogezegde klant verwacht ik dat een bedrijf kan aantonen wanneer en hoe een abonnement werd afgesloten, zeker wanneer een factuur wordt betwist. Ik heb gevraagd om bewijs van de vermeende overeenkomst en om alle verdere aanmaningen stop te zetten totdat dit bewijs wordt geleverd. Tot nu toe blijft de situatie onduidelijk echter heb ik wel een incassovordering ontvangen... ook daar opnieuw geen reactie! Ik raad anderen aan om hun facturen en aanmaningen goed na te kijken en niet zomaar te betalen zonder verificatie.

The magazine is definitively worth it, but there have been some problems regarding missing issues. Nevertheless, the customer services has kindly and supportive staff, and the attention was great. I hope that form now on will receive the magazine without further problems
