Carlo was awesome with helping me and getting my issues handled quickly. NativeMed is extremely lucky to have him working for their company. I have been on this weight loss journey and couldnt be any happier with my results. The medication im on has worked and my health is looking up. The help I had from Cheryl was awesome and reordering my meds was a cinch with her help and fast!! Highly recommend nativemeds and the quality of the meds is perfect

Maggy was extremely helpful and got back to me in a timely matter. I have used NativeMed for 3 months and so far I have had no issues with customer service. For me there platform is not super user friendly but Maggy has helped navigate with the concerns I have had.

Rocel made my experience with NativeMed super simple and easy to understand. I had some issues with payment but she always asked the right questions and helped me get what I needed quick and painless, even though I came to her super overwhelmed and confused.
