The customer service is wonderful, especially from Maria. She’s awesome! Also lowest pricing I’ve been able to find.

Carlo was extremely helpful when I had questions about my order. This company is fantastic! Best communication by both medical and support. They deliver next day and the product is well packaged with clear directions. I recommend them for your Glp1 journey.

Great costumer service

So far the experience was great. They responded quickly even during Weekend, on Saturday morning, Maria helped me to cancel the next (3rd) shipment as I needed to delay it.

I switched to NativeMed due to price, but it didn’t take long before I discovered another big difference from my previous provider ….customer service. I have talked with Carlo and he has been extremely helpful. I will tell anyone looking for a GLP-1 provider to consider NativeMed….and if you have any questions….Carlo is the person for you.

I was placing an order on my phone, and there was a glitch! Before I knew it, the order was placed, but the dosing I wanted wasn't correct. I immediately went to the chat, and Cheryl connected with me. She found my order, canceled it, and my money was refunded almost instantly. I was shocked at how responsive she was, not something you see often when ordering something online. I will be reordering and selecting my dosage more carefully!

Maria from customer service has been wonderful. My account accidentally was cancelled and she was able to get it reactivated. Couldn't be happier with this company and thier customer service. Thank you Maria for all you help.
