So far the communication has been great.

So far so good. I just had my initial call. Lasted a few minutes then I was transferred to a rep to finish the process. He was super informative, shared his journey and pictures. Talked about several options. I ordered, should get tomorrow and I can start. I’ll be happy to share my progress as I go.

The process has been great so far! The nurse practitioner only asked me 3 questions and then transferred me to customer service. Customer service was super pleasant, answered all of my questions, and ensured me that if I had anymore questions, I could always contact them. I'm hoping this works!
