Very good service

Poor shipment speed. 10 business days and I’ve not received the item. 3 days wasted after the order was fulfilled. Shipped to/via Heathrow Airport over 2 days ago and Royal Mail have not received the item from Floship. It takes less than 12 hours to walk to Heathrow from my location. Wouldn’t use again. An update. It’s been shipped via Daventry a 120 mile detour. Why ship an item via Heathrow then onwards to Daventry to potentially add additional three - five day delay? This would mean it takes around 13-15 business days to ship an item from Hong Kong to UK Will be going on holiday without the item.

The case was high quality, well designed, came in nice packing and at a great price.

I’m very pleased with NU’s new power bank. It’s light, powerful and does the job so much better than Apple’s power booster. As always, NU’s communication and post-service customer care are excellent. Recommended!

Very good quality and efficient gadget

I’ve bought almost everything Native Union makes over the last few years. They are wonderfully functional products that are simply but beautifully designed. Service is great - they cannot do enough to keep you informed and look after you. Delivery always prompt too. Cannot praise this company enough!
