Great variety in product options and fast shipping

Horrible customer service. My order was lost during shipping. It’s in one of USPS’ warehouse. Instead of just reshipping my order, they gave me a generic response asking me to go down to my local post office to figure it out. Just another silly mom and pop business who thinks there’s an endless amount of customers. This is why I’d rather shop with the big stores. Now I gotta take time out of my busy day and call my credit card company. They lost me as a customer and now they’re going to get hit with a chargeback.
