Agent got my log in issue resolved!
I originally had trouble finding the correct contact information to be able to get ahold of someone, but the agent did an excellent job of getting my log in issue fixed. Through his trouble shooting it was discovered my authenticator was not functioning properly and after reloading the account I was able to get logged in. Great Job!
