Wait time was over an hour. Agent was awesome even with the must read scripts/offers. I so wanted this product to work for me. My issues, not the device.

I ordered the hearing aids for my husband. He said they hurt his ears, no matter what size dome we used. Nebroo was willing to help and true to their return policy accepted the package for return. Larry was the agent who assisted me. He was professional, very courteous and friendly. Larry listened to our issues with patience. He never got in a hurry to finish. Overall, my experience was fabulous. Nebroo customer service is excellent. Larry was excellent.

It took forever to get the hearing aids. I tried them every day, as suggested. They did not fit well in my ears. I had the smallest tips I could get on them. They still would not stay in my ears. I would constantly get squealing noises when I was just walking down the hall. I really tried to get them to work. After 6 weeks, I asked for my money back. It was a hassle...a huge hassle. They don't want them back, and they don't want to give you a full refund, so beware.

Ordered a pair few months ago, first set lasted about 2 weeks and right one went silent. Called and got a person who, after talking me through the usual fixes, none worked, so she sent me a new set. Before they came the left one died. The second set worked great for about 5 weeks and same thing went silent. Called and believe I got a A.I. bot. Took me through all the steps and when that didn't help I was transferred to the tech line, after 35 minutes of very annoying piano noise I had to hang up. Not sure if I'm going to persuade this any further. Might just be a $200 lesson.
