Very caring and helpful. Understanding my issues and willing to accept the return with full refund. The refund process is lengthy but thorough and with reason. The Lady I spoke with was very professional and courteous.

I admit, I had been frustrated in my previous attempts to get return authorization for my Nebroo hearing aids but Marianne was extremely helpful, understanding, and addressed all my concerns. She assured me that a full refund would be issued! What a relief! Thank you, Marianne!

For all of you who are having problems getting you money back, you can file a dispute with your credit card company and they will back charge nebroo and give you a temporary credit until their investigation is complete. Usually ends up in 98% in your favor!

Do NOT buy these devices. They do not work!!! There is a lot of feedback and are very loud and cannot lower the sound to an acceptable level. They offer a 100% return guarantee only they don’t tell you that it has to be shipped to Canada which will cost you more so they start to offer a percentage of what you paid as a return. They offered 30% then offered 50%. They are deceitful.
