Eva was very helpful in the process and responsive to our changes. Sign turned out awesome and arrived very quick. We had a complex logo with a lot of details and colors but it turned out even better than expected. We're very happy with it.

Outstanding customer service and incredible value! Other locations were offering fewer options at nearly double the cost, so we’re thrilled we found this Canadian business to support. We’re currently in the middle of renovations, but as soon as the fresh paint is up, our new sign will be proudly posted! Our entire team is excited to see these final touches come together — it’s the little details that truly make a business shine. A special thank you to Crystal, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. She was patient, offered us the opportunity to make adjustments, and made the whole process seamless. I had expected shipping to take a while, but the sign arrived at our door so quickly I can hardly even recall the wait time! We customized the colors slightly, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. Highly recommend — an amazing experience from start to finish!

Rachel was responsive and very helpful. She was in communication and happy to help with revisions. Revisions came quickly and the process was very efficient. The quality of the pins was good. And met our expectations. The writing is legible though a bit small - but that is my fault - it is my design. However, even with the small characters, it's not muddy...very legible. It's been a learning experience for me, but I am pleased. And I'll definitely be back!
