I started this journey with reservations. I can tell you I have been very happy with my results. I have lost over 45lbs and I feel great. Everyone at Newself has been more than helpful and supportive since I started this journey with them. If I had questions they are right there to answer them.

First off I wanna say Thank You to NewSelf. Because of you all I gained my confidence back. At first I was skeptical and scared.
