We sincerely apologize for any frustration this situation has caused and understand the importance of receiving your invoices as expected. After reviewing your account, we can confirm that your preference for paper billing has been properly marked. However, we are still investigating why a few invoices from last year were not printed and sent as expected. We recognize that this may have caused confusion and inconvenience, and we regret any disruption it may have caused. That said, we want to reassure you that, as of September 2024, our vendor has confirmed that invoices have been printed and mailed consistently. Additionally, USPS has confirmed delivery of these invoices, and we have not received any returned mail indicating undeliverability. Hello Dennis, We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with our program. We’d be happy to go over the details of your subscription and the cancellation process with you. Your utility will continue to issue a monthly bill for the electricity you use, but this will be reduced by the value of the Nexamp community solar credits applied to your account. Nexamp then invoices separately for the credits you’ve used—at a 20% discount. Since Nexamp bills in arrears, there is always a delay between when credits appear on your ComEd account and when we bill you. This ensures we are invoicing only for credits that have been confirmed by the utility. These credits can be found on your ComEd bill in the "Renewable Community Supply Details" section. Regarding your cancellation, please note that the process is not immediate and can take up to 90 days. Your cancellation request was submitted in June 2024, and marked on your account. Per the Early Termination section of your agreement, this means you remain responsible for credits generated through September 2024. Since Nexamp invoices are billed in arrears, we have now caught up to the end of your cancellation period. We can confirm that your account has been canceled, and you will not receive any further discounts or invoices from Nexamp. We appreciate your feedback and will be reaching out to discuss your concerns further. Nexamp is committed to providing the best service possible, and we apologize if we did not meet your expectations.
