DISCLAIMER... As far as it actual use I have not yet done that. So I can't in good conscience say it is 5 stars. However I do anticipate a great experience. As for signing up it was incredibly easy.

The enrollment went very well and easy

Great company and great product!
Great company and great product! Great employees and phone support! Unfortunately with Central Hudson G&E terrrible billing practices, they discouraged us and we were unable to get your service at this time.

I have been trying to cancel my account…
I have been trying to cancel my account for the past month. My account is in NY. There is no phone number for NY. So I have submitted "Contact Us" notes to request cancellation; current count 4 times! No response. It's like no one is working for this company.
