FSA Reimbursement Issue
Nice option for mail order meds. That said, I am using FSA money for the product and the company doesn't have the capability to generate a monthly invoice. This places most FSA plans in peril as UHC won't carry over to the following year. After speaking at length with a representative the concept of monthly billing issue isn't with in the companies prevue for those of us seeking a discount with the annual subscription. I know this is possible as I use this with my chiropractor and stretch lab.

Good afternoon Tim, at the moment, we can provide documentation for the transaction as it was actually billed, but we’re not able to generate separate monthly invoices for an annual purchase that was processed as a single payment. That said, this is very helpful feedback and something we can certainly keep in mind as we look at ways to better support customers using FSA funds.
