The Dr. Listened and heard my concerns
The Dr. was personable. He listened to my concerns. Then he told me exactly what we could do to help me in my situation.

Routine interview everything good no negative comments
I had a routine interview. Things are going well as expected no negative things.

Heidi and Denis were Exceptional!
With regard to Heidi and Denis my experience has been exceptional. Everything else has been poor. At best. But they were both so good, especially Heidi, that I will stick with NM. I just hope there won’t be anymore mix ups.
