I have had an awesome experience with Ngage. My account manager has gone the extra mile. Without asking, he had his support team connect my CRM to Ngage via my CRM's API. I love that Ngage provides 24/7 live chat for my website visitors.

Love Ngage. We used to use another company, and were not satisfied at all, Then Eric called and talked me in to using Ngage. It was a great move on our part. They do a great job asking the right questions, the transfers are smooth, and I love the option where I can read the email before taking the call--cuts down on a lot of wasted time. Thanks, Eric!

Amy and Mark at Ngage were very helpful in resolving an issue. The staff conducting the chat are very professional and obtain the phone number and email address of the leads without seeming pushy or aggressive.

I was with Apex Chart and switched to Ngage--I don't understand why, but the amount of chats I get from Ngage is exponentially more than I was getting at Apex. I am never looking back!

We are a local Law firm in Phoenix, and we been using Ngage for almost 2 years. Ngage is great for our field (criminal defense and Personal Injury), it has helped increase our foot flow and out financial projections. I had been using a flat fee chat service for my site which was "doing fine." I tried out the NGAGE feature for my AVVO profile and saw what was actually possible. Although I spend about 2.5x what I spent on my flat fee chat, NGAGE somehow works the whammy to get more of the exact people that I want to talk to - plus no fee if it's not relevant. I'd have to estimate by new ROI is at least 3-5x of my old ROI.
