Great

NibblesWe started Nibbles after one of us got a vet bill that turned a scary night into an impossible choice. The diagnosis was hard enough. Deciding whether we could afford the care made it worse. We knew that moment was not rare. Most pet families have lived a version of it, or are dreading the day they will. So we built the thing we wished we had: a card that helps with the cost of care before the emergency, not a stack of paperwork after it. Pets are family. No one should have to choose between their pet and their budget. Apply today

Application process was a breeze and the pet insurance perk was a no Brainer. Hopefully I do not have to ever used it but if I do, I hope it comes in handy.

That's wonderful to hear! We're so glad that the card activation process was a success for you. We understand that the real test is a vet visit, and we're here to make that as easy as possible. When you use your Nibbles card for a vet visit, our goal is to automate the claims process for you. This means that we can handle the paperwork and reimbursement automatically, so you don't have to worry about a thing. We're here to help you every step of the way, so reach out if you have questions!

I tried to sign up for a credit card and the free 1 yr insurance for my service dog was rejected never said why. But! Their email sent to me said Free 1 yr pet insurance and they have no phone number to call them or address and the bank that they are associated with has none too ! Is this a scam? Very poor way of doing business ! Mr.J. Bernsweig

Hi Ralph, We appreciate your interest in our credit card and are sorry to hear that your dog did not qualify for the free insurance. While it is our mission to make pet insurance more affordable and accessible to every pet out there, the free insurance for one pet is subject to eligibility requirements. These eligibility requirements are based on a pet's gender, breed, age, location, among other factors. We wish we could give free pet insurance to every single animal out there but that unfortunately is not financially feasible. Our banking partner is Lead Bank. We both have customer support services available either over email or phone but for the Nibbles credit card, it is recommended that you go through us directly. If you would like to reach out to us directly, you can do so by sending us an email at [email protected] or filling out the form on our Contact Us page.
