The process was very smooth, only took a few minutes to complete the application and that was it.A great way to get some pet insurance without breaking the bank.

Jyst decided to try the card out, seems like good benefits for my furbabies. I haven't used my services to give a good recommendation. Would like to check back for a review in 6months.

Worst customer service and their website is not ready for prime time. Too many issues trying to sign up and their customer support has been worthless. Gave up after a week of trying. Started to think this might be a scam as you will only get someone from Zen Help desk telling you someone from nibbles will get back to you, which never happened. Makes me glad it didn't work as to what to expect in the future if you have any issues or need to get reimbursed. Run away from this one. Amazing. Reply within hours here, but never reply for a week when your actually needed! Then ask for response by methods that don't exist.

Hi Kevin, We are so sorry to hear that you did not receive the customer service help you needed. We strive to answer every question that is sent into our team and reply in a timely fashion. With the influx of interest due to no annual fee, we are admittedly experiencing longer times to reply to every message and the chat box has been causing some problems so we are removing that until we are more confident in it. We are working diligently to have better solutions to answer all customers questions quicker in the very near future and hope that you will give us another try down the line. From the website side of things, would you be open to providing your feedback on the issues you ran into there directly to our team either over email or over the phone? We are always trying to address any bugs that are discovered by our users. Thank you for at least checking us out and providing your honest feedback, we will do everything we can to create a better experience going forward.
