Have been pleasantly surprised at the wealth of quality services offered by Nila. Over all, Nila has provided good peace of mind in my case, with me in the US, and my aging father in Mumbai. The on-boarding process was effective and reassuring, with relevant dialog and question-answers. Their old-age service offerings are well thought out. The operations staff are properly qualified - both, medically, as well as socially, which helps integrate them well into the care-giving setup. Follow-up with the patient and the family member is consistent and meaningful. Nila seems capable of acting as my proxy.
