I’ve had my metals Ira for a few years now. A couple times I’ve sold some and had little issue with anything. Towards the end of 2025 I sold and exchanged some platinum and silver. I sold in November and it took until the end of May to get it completed. I called and emailed to see how things were going and what (if any) issues were prolonging the process. I was hard pressed to get a call back or response of any kind. This was of course very frustrating. After calling and emailing enough to irritate people I finally got a response. Now I know that there has been a steep increase in metals trading and I understand that it takes time to service all that extra activity but all I was looking for was some communication and I would have been fine. So if I had to critique what the company could do better it would be communicate. I’d like to thank Mandi and Alicia for their help in getting my account in order and completed.
