A sauna turns your garden into a spa oasis. We dabated it for a while but after renovating our house we puleld the trigger and bought a sauna from Norse Steam and Maya. She was always super responsive and helpful throughout the process. Don't kid yourself, getting a really nice sauna is not that easy. Sizing and heating need to be figured out, and so does the building, but we always had a helpful partner on our side. She never upsold us on anything we didn't need, and we got some nice freebies when the sauna was delivered. And now we can really enjoy every moment in our garden.

We purchased the 6 person Dundalk Leisurecraft Georgian sauna, with the Huum Hive Wood 13 stove, and are so happy we did! We grew up using the sauna, so to have one in our backyard again, is such a treat! The instructions for the build were easy to follow, and the customer service from Maya was 10/10! I would definitely buy from them in the future.

We love our sauna! So easy to put together- I (pregnant) was easily able to help my husband put this together. He’s spent many evenings in it and has seen the benefits already. I’ll be enjoying those benefits as soon as I can! It was the perfect addition to add in while we complete our basement. We’ve had no issues! Love it!

Do not believe the fake reviews from family and employees. This company is a sham and ripoff. They are responsive at first to get the sale. Then once the sale is over they will ignore you. They will not stand by their products and will tell you they are just the middle man. If something is wrong with the product or missing you are out of luck. You will get screwed over. Do not buy online, buy local. Stay far away from this company if you want what you actually paid for. They claim to accommodate which is totally false. I changed the original sauna due to poor reviews. They expect you to be nice after being glued and ripped off. I dont live in a world where I am ripped off and lied to.

Michael, we take customer service very seriously, but we also have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or threatening behavior toward our team and our partners. Throughout your order, we made extensive efforts to accommodate your requests. This included processing a product change at your request, waiving refund fees, providing additional discounts, and including complimentary accessories to ensure you were satisfied. During the delivery process, both the manufacturer (Dundalk) and the freight carrier (Polaris) reported repeated use of abusive and inappropriate language. The situation escalated to the point where the presidents at both companies were directly involved, and the carrier ultimately refused to complete delivery to you. At that stage, three alternative solutions were provided: 1. arrange a tilt tow delivery, 2. pick up from the local terminal, or 3. cancel the order. You chose to pick up the sauna from the terminal, which was successfully completed at minimal cost. Following this, we continued to receive hostile and inappropriate communication, including profanity directed at our team. After being told to “f*** off,” we made the decision to cease further direct engagement. We also note that a dispute has been initiated seeking an amount significantly greater than the actual out-of-pocket cost incurred for pickup. We have retained documentation of all communications and events throughout this process. We are a small business that genuinely goes above and beyond for our customers. However, we will not tolerate harassment or abusive conduct toward our team or partners, and we will not continue engagement under those conditions.
