information available is great but needs better rationale
information available is great and the questions are good but the rationales need to be better . They don't explain why the wrong answer is wrong.

I love Nurse Plus!
I have a hard time finding enough questions on one particular topic at a time. I love this! The rationales at the end of each question are so helpful. I love that I can see my progress as I go to. I will use Nurse Plus in the future.
