I absolutely love the nursing sheet for individual patients. I use it for the surgical floor I work on and it is amazingly on point.

As a nursing student in my senior year, this template makes life easier. I preassign with it and it keeps my ducks in a row when reporting to my instructor. I have used it for the last 2 semesters and shared it with my classmates. The download is hassle free.
