This is the first time in more than a decade that the packaging was bad and there was product all over the place. The vitamins are great but the packaging could use help.

You do not give me notice of the shipment and it was delivered to Florida while I am in Connecticut

My dog very much enjoys the vitamins, but a little too much. This last shipment was the third time she has managed to take an unopened bottle from a high shelf and open the container with her teeth to then proceed to eat the entire bottle. Thankfully she is a large dog and had no major side effects from eating 90 wafers at once; however, please consider making your lids "dog-proof" to prevent enthusiastic consumers from overdosing 😬

I use their multivitamin wafer for only 2 of my Pups. I took away 2 stars for the following reasons 1) their products contain chicken- If you pup has a chicken allergy you are out of luck - they do not offer a multivitamin without this common allergen 2) you cannot manage your subscription online like I am able to do With all My other subscriptions. They need to enable their customers to Manage their subscription ( pause, delay, change etc) online. Currently you are forced to phone their customer service team To manage the subscription.

Great product. Poor communication. They don't send you an email to let you know they're getting ready to ship so you can delay it if you still have plenty. You only get an email to tell you they already shipped it. Poor communication!

I despise their website and they have no reminders in 2k26 for autoshippments. I’ve emailed this feedback before and they just act like they can’t do anything. Again this is 2k26!

I like the product. I don’t like that they keep sending it when I ask them to delay it a month. I have too many jars of it now.

Love the product, dislike your delivery system. We move around a lot, so you need to alert us BEFORE you ship for shipping address confirmation. We now have a shipment sitting at a PO BOX which will come back to you from USPS. Suggest you model CHEWY's system.
