Ocean Design ProReviews of oceandesignpro.com

After getting many proposals, we decided to sign up with Ocean Design team. Our Ecommerce website was in a bad shape and needed some serious update and face lift. Shawn and Elsa were very patient and worked on our wish list. Within few days we selected the best option from the mockups presented to us and then the real work was started. Elsa kept us updated on zoom calls on the progress of the project and Shawn was available though out the development journey. Fast forward 4 weeks and the final version of our website was ready. In the first week of May our website went Live and we can't thank enough to Shawn, Elsa and the whole Ocean Design Team. Highly recommended website developers!

!!!Beware!!! This company is a Fraud and a SCAM!!! They stole my money!!! The people that work there do no understand English. Communication was TERRIBLE!!! I would tell them what I want and instead they did what they want. They promise customers 100% money back guarantee and that is a LIE!!! They come back with hidden fees and excuses to stay with your money. I've had several businesses and NEVER in my life have I've gone through HELL!!! and low class customer service. They do not answer your calls. They play the guilt card and say that they feel violated when the customer complains! If you are a Business owner, STAY AWAY!!! You have been warned. God Bless.

It is a distinct pleasure for me to recommend Ocean Design Pro to any and all interested parties. They have been professional, comprehensive and competent throughout the process of our working together. We feel that we have established a relationship with them for years to come.

I wanted to thank the staff of Ocean Design Pro for their great service. Especially, my sincere thanks to Mary Rose who helped me with my logo and beautiful website design. It surpassed all my expectations. I needed a private lender website and she asked me all the questions that I needed to design the website I was looking for. I was impressed by the quality and professionalism that I received in designing my website. Thank you again for your great service.

Addie Frank has been my project manager on my website production , he listens to you and make sure you feel comfortable but at the same time provides you with professional advise, if needed he will put extra time and effort trying to get your projects managed timely. I am happy with his work and the attitude toward his work. Their team treats you like family.

Ocean design pro is a great company for all website needs. I contacted Ocean Design Pro through thumbtack to build my website. I worked with Nick, Jeff, Dawson, and now, Addie. They all worked with me in the creation and modification of the website for our company’s needs. My experience with Ocean Design Pro is great and I would work with them again. I recommend their services.

Addie Frank & Elsa done an amazing job they where very response and affordable. The job was done very professionally

Working with the Ocean Design Pro team has been the BEST decision we have made as a company, the ability to discuss your thoughts with a social media representative and then they create it into pictures and advertisements for our company's outlook, is well done. This is my second project with Ocean Design team and I will continue using there professional services to guide my company future planning. thank you for your excellent service.
