Ocean Design ProReviews of oceandesignpro.com

I got my website designed from Ocean Design Pro, the team working there is the best I can say rest assured. The person who helped me in getting the work started and explained me all the process was great at his job he knows what he is talking about 5 Stars for Mike

The communication between Aaron and I was perfect. He responded in a timely manner and always answered what I needed and wanted to be answered l!

Jeff was very good and we both had patience to work together and create good artwork with messages. Communication and working for perfection is always important. Shawn and staff did a super job.

I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for the excellent work you both have done on our eCommerce website. The level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication you demonstrated throughout the project was remarkable. Beth, your project management skills kept everything on track, and Addy, your technical expertise in Shopify brought our website to life. The result exceeded our expectations, and we are grateful for your outstanding efforts.

Great work ,and professional work . I suggest everyone to work with ocean design team if they want to have A class treatment .

Don’t use them, they promise you the world and don’t deliver. There customer service and support is the worst ever!

I had an initial idea for my website without having any logo or concept. Nick the project manager was very helpful and politely explained everything. Once I was satisfied, I saw initial concepts and choose the best Shopify theme. The work started in November of 2022 and finished in December of 2022. The website went live on time before 2023. Fast forward two months and I needed some support on the website, even though I didn't sign up for a support package, Nick and Barry went out of the way and took care of the product listing on my website, added few banners and linked up my social media profiles. Sometimes, as a startup we don't foresee how much work, effort and learning curve one has to go through. I am glad, I have found Ocean Design Pro team to take care of my E-commerce website and will recommend anyone who is looking for quality work with peace of mind. Thanks!
